Work Day: Approximately 7:40 AM - 4:00 PM
Hourly Rate: $35 - $40+

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Columbus, NE. The ideal candidate will assist Speech-Language Pathologists in providing therapy services to individuals with communication disorders, helping to enhance their speech and language skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of speech and language therapy plans developed by licensed Speech-Language Pathologists.
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
- Monitor and document student progress and provide feedback to the supervising SLP.
- Prepare materials and set up activities for therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support the communication needs of students.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with ethical standards and regulations in the field of speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Current SLPA license.
- Previous experience working as an SLPA or in a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality support to individuals with speech and language challenges.
